I like the CMS2 by Wonder template however the sidebar seems to drop below on IE, how do i fix it??

Go to Site Admin/Presentations/Edit Theme. There you will find all the files how to edit the themes

I really love the design of the Brown Bound template and I am thinking about using it for my blog. Unfortanetly the footer text is encrypted, but my blog is Dutch so I like to translate the design by text etc.. into Ducth. Is there someway to do this?

Two new questions and I hope you will answer them.
I have a problem with the 404 page with the brown bound template. I doesn’t show up well.
The second question I have is if it is possible to donate some money to get the original code for the footer. The template is scripted XHTML valid but because of the encrypted code it isn’t possible to ad the google analytics code in a valid XHTML way.

the issue is with IE on a pretty recent Dell PC. infact, three of them at my office where i work. i know that’s vague, but i’m not sure of the specifics of the computer(s) at the moment. i can find out if that would help.

i’d like to add a 2nd sidebar (with widgets) to the “pro red” theme. i only want one sidebar per page, but i’d like to have one on some of the pages and another on the rest. i’ve looked into it and tried a bunch off css tweaks to the functions.php and sidebar.php but couldn’t get it to work correctly. i don’t want the sidebar design to change at all.
i’m using wordpress 2.3.

I have tried 4 different themes:
home expressions.
cms2
i3theme
coldblue.
Right hand side bar keeps showing at the bottom of the posts in IE6 , ie7 and Firefox work fine.
I have read a lot on this and it looks like there is an issue with IE -the way it handles the width in css file. I have tried playing with it but I am not able to fix the pb.

Viv, everything looks fine to me. (IE7, Safari, & Firefox)

We know that there issues with our themes in older IE versions. But you have to understand that we physically cannot make free themes for all browsers, both old and new.
Just try to upgrade to the lates version of your browser and you should be fine.

I’m using the advancedtech theme (http://topwpthemes.com/advancedtech-wordpress-theme/), I’ve already edited the theme to suite my tastes, and I want to add my own copyright notice to the footer, but much to my surprise, the footer is encrypted.
I have no intention of removing whats already in place, I just want to add a couple things, but I can’t.

Thanks for the excellent themes. I am try to decide between a few of them, they are all very good. I have a question though, the themes all show perfectly in firefox and safari but not internet explorer. My web site is “colorofcontext.com”, can you please have a look and advise me what I may have done wrong.

I looked at your website under internet explorer 7, and it displays perfectly. (Well, not perfectly, IE will process Hexadecimal colors differently then Firefox will, this flaw as been around since IE4)
If you’re looking at it under IE6, especially one that is not fully updated, most websites that use CSS as their main form of styling will not display correctly. IE6’s CSS processing is a joke. When I was in college for web design, we called it “Infinite Errors”. Its common practice to first design something for Firefox first, then get it working for IE.
My suggestion is to find some script that will detect what browser the user is using, and have it display a page that asks them to switch, and if they want to know why, provide a link to your website being displayed incorrectly.

but we are too small to design such complicated wp templates. maybe we will do something like that in the future but not now

Hi! I have been pulling my hair out looking for the right theme. Then I found i-Talk and I hoped my problems were solved. However, there is a problem that appears insurmountable. I understand your desire to keep your links in the footer and certainly have no problem with it. But the encrypted PHP scheme that you have chosen to use makes it impossible to put the code required by Google Analytics just above the line, where they say you have to put it. Is there any way around this problem, or do I have to start looking again? ;o)

I’ve changed some colours but I haven’t deleted any of your code.
I recently started using the Rainbow Garden theme and I love it but I have a problem with the comment section. I’ve looked at the theme editor options, sidebar php for example and I don’t understand how to edit it. The comments can’t be read unless you highlight them and the text that you can read is neon green- too hard to see. Can you possibly tell me how to fix this? I’d be happy with a white background for the comments with regular old black text. And able to read them without having to highlight. Thanks so much for any help you can offer.

Thanks for the excellent “Earthlycalm” template. Can you provide some advise on how to correctly center my google adsense advertisement. If you look at my website you will see in the sidbar that it has the wrong justification. I looked at the css file and tried a few changes but I was unable to get it to display correctly. Try to edit the theme in “Presentation -> Theme Editor” in the wordpress admin interface.
@admin : First of all thank you for such a good web site, themes are perfect (at the moment i not using any of those here, but soon i will). I have a question regarding footers, is it possible to give the credits on the right side or left by Links or even creating a new page for people who have done themes or if you have any banner. I would like to use the “Everlasting Blooms” template but when I try to preview it the template that comes up is totally different from yours. It’s just a large blue horizontal line across the top of the page. I need to make sure it comes up as shown when downloaded. Is there any other way I can preview this template?

I really like your templates. I have downloaded the Rainbow Garden-theme for our litle literature club at the university where I study. We would really like to change the colours a bit so it will more unique. Is it okay to change the colours of the theme if the copyright link is still intact and unchanged?
