It is easy, open the style.css in the WP theme edit section and then scroll down until you find this: /* Comments starts here*/ then, where it says, few lines down: display:block; border-bottom:1px solid #222; list-style:none; background-color:#111; padding:10px; change background-color:#111; to background-color:#CAFA94; and then you will have the coments on the same background color of the page.
