Sound like Byterun is not a good option because this tool will put malware Exploit.PHP.Deftool.e after the encoding process. Problem fixed. I have replaced all the zip files and double check with http://www.kaspersky.com/scanforvirus. We are clean. Please let me know if you have any question.
